While the views are great from Duck and Waffle in London, the problem is that you can’t choose your view.
Although, the views from the Berlin TV Tower restaurant are not spectacular by any means as you can see.

It is disorienting to be spinning and do you eat Not exactly. The restaurant spins at a barely perceptible pace.
Besides the view, the food is actually pretty good. I was really happy with my Tower breakfast (Reblochon de Savoie (raw milk French cheese), Milan salami, San Michele pork ham, mortadella, smoked salmon, assorted jams, honey, butter, coffee smoothie, fresh fruit, spelled bread and whole wheat , wheat rolls) and you think it is worth it price when you total the whole experience. Makes me wish London had a revolving restaurant. You can see the menus here.
Also known as Berliner Fernsehturm (locals also refer to it as a spear onion), the Berlin TV tower is the tallest structure, not only in Berlin but the all of Germany. So if you are looking for panoramic views of the city, there is no better place. Standing at 368m, it can be seen piercing the sky from anywhere around the city, just like the Eiffel Tower (Berlin’s TV tower is 70m higher).
Incredibly, it just takes 40 seconds to reach the observatory deck Thanks to Europe’s fastest lift to reach speeds of 47 mph.
